KeyLedger is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or investment advice.

1. The service

KeyLedger lets you create private business ledgers, record financial activity, and monitor supported public blockchain addresses. It does not hold funds, connect to private wallet credentials, or execute transactions.

2. Your access key

You are responsible for keeping each ledger access key confidential and for activity performed through it. Keys cannot be recovered by KeyLedger. Anyone with a valid key may access and change that ledger, so do not share it unless you intend to grant access.

3. Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information entered into the service. Blockchain transfers may be imported automatically, but you must review their classification, amount, purpose, and tax treatment.

4. Wallet tracking and third parties

Wallet tracking uses public addresses and third-party blockchain and pricing services. Balances, exchange-rate estimates, availability, and transaction data can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Never enter a seed phrase, private key, or wallet password into KeyLedger.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass its security, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, use automated access that harms availability, or use KeyLedger for unlawful activity.

6. Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DuelWins is not liable for lost keys, inaccurate records, missed transactions, tax outcomes, trading or financial losses, third-party service failures, or loss of data.
