Privacy Policy

KeyLedger asks only for public wallet addresses. Never submit a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or transaction signature.

1. Information stored

We store the information you put into a ledger, including its name, financial entries, notes, references, owner names, contribution records, equity settings, and public wallet addresses. The server stores a one-way derived value of your access key rather than the readable key itself.

2. Browser information

Your browser stores your chosen color theme and, if you provide one, an Etherscan API key. The Etherscan key remains in that browser's local storage and is sent directly to Etherscan when required. An essential session cookie keeps connected ledgers signed in on the device.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide the ledger, save your changes, calculate summaries, import eligible wallet transfers, and protect the service from abuse. KeyLedger does not currently use advertising or analytics trackers.

4. Blockchain and pricing providers

When wallet tracking is used, public addresses and related requests may be sent to supported third-party services such as TON Center, Mempool.space, CoinGecko, and Etherscan. Those providers process requests under their own privacy policies. Opening KeyLedger through Telegram also means Telegram processes Mini App and bot interactions under Telegram's policies.

5. Security and retention

We use access controls, hashed keys, HTTPS, and restricted server files to protect ledger data. No online system is perfectly secure. Ledger data is retained while the service is operated or until deletion is requested and can be performed consistently with backups and legal obligations.

6. Your choices

You can edit or delete individual ledger records in the dashboard, remove tracked wallet addresses, clear browser-stored settings, and contact support about access or deletion requests. Because the access key is the credential for a ledger, support may need sufficient information to verify a request.

7. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Privacy questions can be sent to @dealeds on Telegram.
